The data controller complies with applicable legislation in the processing of personal data and processes data lawfully, fairly, and securely. The data controller is able to demonstrate compliance with applicable legislation in the processing of personal data. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.Collection, Processing, and Storage of Personal Data<\/h2>\n\n<p>2.1. The data controller may also collect data available in public registers.<\/h3>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3. Transfer of personal data:<\/h3>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Personal data may be shared with the following parties:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Maksekeskus AS \u2013<\/strong> for payment processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transport and courier companies<\/strong> \u2013 for goods delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accounting service providers<\/strong> \u2013 for fulfilling legal obligations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>IT service providers <\/strong>\u2013 for ensuring website functionality and data hosting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>All authorized processors are obliged to ensure data protection in accordance with GDPR Article 28.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.6. Security and technical measures:<\/h3>\n\n<p>The data controller implements the following security measures:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Data exchange with the online store occurs via an encrypted TLS connection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passwords are stored encrypted (in hashed form)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Standard encryption is used for sending emails<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servers are protected by firewalls and antivirus software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regular backups are made and stored separately from the server<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.7. Retention period:<\/h3>\n\n<p>Personal data is retained for its intended purpose, but no longer than 7 years or until the validity of the legal basis (e.g., consent).<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Final Provisions<\/h2>\n\n<p>6.1.
