The sales terms apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.

The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices are in euros.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The exact fee is displayed during the order placement.

Information about the product is provided next to the respective product in the Online Store.

Placing an Order

To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart, fill in the required data fields, and select a suitable delivery method. The amount payable is then displayed, which can be paid securely using the following payment methods:

NB! NB! When paying via bank link, be sure to click the “Back to merchant” button on the bank’s page.

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment. The seller has no access to the customer’s bank and card details. The sales contract becomes effective from the moment the money is received in the Online Store’s settlement account.

The Online Store forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered (e.g., the product is out of stock), the buyer will be notified immediately, and the paid amount, including delivery costs, will be refunded no later than 14 days.

Delivery

Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Sweden, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania.

For receiving the goods, the buyer can choose between the following delivery methods:

The buyer bears the shipping costs. The fee is visible during order placement next to the selected delivery method.

Domestic shipments in Estonia generally reach the buyer within 3–5 working days from the effective date of the sales contract. Outside Estonia, delivery may take up to 14 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, the Online Store has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

If the goods have been used more than permitted or show signs of use, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in value.

To return the goods, a withdrawal application must be sent to the email address info@awero.ee no later than 14 days from receiving the goods.

The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods, except in cases where the product does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., wrong or defective product).

The buyer must return the goods no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal application or provide proof that they have handed it over to the carrier.

The Online Store refunds the paid amount (including delivery costs) without delay, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal application.

The Online Store may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or the buyer has provided proof thereof.

If the buyer chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard one, only the cost of the standard delivery method will be refunded.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales contract if the price was misleadingly significantly below the market price.

Right to Submit a Claim

The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity of the goods with the contract terms that appears within up to two years from the delivery of the goods.

The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the delivery of the goods.

Complaints will be responded to within 15 days.
